Return Policy
We are pleased to offer Store Credit of any unworn items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. Bodysuits and Sale Items are not eligible for exchange or return. [NO EXCEPTIONS] If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer store credit within 7 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Four28 reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale or returned after 7th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with NO exchange or return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS for expedited orders. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
